hello friday.

i'm feeling a bit under the weather today. and by 'under the weather,' i mean tonsils that want to be removed, sneezes you actually need kleenex for, and ears that pop every ten seconds. i don't necessarily need an excuse as to why i'm still in bed in my pj's when husband gets home, but as it turns out this is a great one. besides, mom and dad will be here in exactly one week, and i can't very well be sick when they're here can i? so i'll just lay here. i'll watch dance moms on lifetime, sip on my oj, and suck on luden's like they're candy. don't sit there and lie to yourself pretending they don't taste like candy either, because they do. they should just be sold in the candy aisle. maybe i'll even hand them out for halloween this year... wouldn't that be awesome? imagine as you dump out your pillowcase full of greatness from the 30 houses you made it to this year, and bam! sore throat candy. it's a double duty candy that, 'fixes that sweet tooth, and soothes a sore throat at the same time!' ha. i hope you're reading this luden's, i just gave you your 2012 marketing campaign. you're welcome.
